ABOUT ME

Hello, I’m Lydia

I’m a mother of eight, wife, homeschooler, decaf drinker and book hoarder - and for a long time, I believed that anxiety, overwhelm, exhaustion, and physical pain were just part of motherhood. I carried the weight of childhood trauma and a deep sense of unworthiness, convinced that maybe I didn’t deserve to feel peaceful, happy, or whole.

But deep down, I knew something had to change. I wanted the cycle of generational trauma to end with me.

One day, while googling “why am I stuck in life?”, I stumbled across kinesiology. I booked a session with a local practitioner and something shifted. With the right support, I began to reconnect to my body, my breath, and my sense of worth. I didn’t need to keep pushing through. I needed to come home to myself.

In 2020, I took a leap and began studying kinesiology. Today, I hold a Diploma of Mind Body Medicine, I’m a Brain Gym™ Movement Facilitator, and a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).

Now, I walk alongside other women and families—offering the same support, space, and tools that helped me move from survival into steadiness. If you’re ready to feel more calm, connected, and clear—and let go of what’s been holding you back—I’d be honoured to support your journey.
